Terms of Use & In-App Subscriptions

Important Subscription Notice: Nova Soccer Pro subscriptions are auto-renewable and billed through your Apple ID Account. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your iPhone device settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nova Soccer Pro mobile application (the "App") and related digital services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Nova Soccer Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, do not use the Service.

2. End User License Agreement (Standard EULA)

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and run Nova Soccer Pro on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

This App is licensed, not sold, to you pursuant to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions Policy

Nova Soccer Pro provides free access to live match scores, standings, and lineups. We also offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Nova Soccer Pro") that provide an ad-free score experience, clean match views, and direct developer support.

Available Subscription Plans:

  • Weekly: US$2.99 per week (Billed weekly until cancelled).
  • Monthly: US$6.99 per month (Billed monthly until cancelled).
  • Yearly: US$29.99 per year (SAVE 64% • Only US$2.49/mo, billed annually until cancelled).

*Prices may vary by region or local currency based on Apple App Store tier pricing and local taxes.

Billing & Payment:

  • Payment will be charged to your iTunes / Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active subscription period.
  • Your Apple ID Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at US$2.99/week, US$6.99/month, or US$29.99/year.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. How to Manage & Cancel Your Subscription

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time directly through your iOS device settings.

Step-by-Step Cancellation Guide:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap on your Name / Apple ID banner at the top of Settings.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select Nova Soccer Pro from your active subscriptions list.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial) and confirm.

If you cancel, your Pro benefits remain active until the conclusion of your current paid billing period. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled retroactively for past periods through the App. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Restoring Purchases

If you switch devices, reinstall the App, or install Nova Soccer Pro on an additional iPhone or iPad linked to the same Apple ID, you can restore your subscription without paying again.

To restore: Open the App, navigate to Settings (or the Paywall), and tap "Restore". RevenueCat will validate your active receipt with Apple and immediately reactivate your Pro status.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the App.
  • Use automated scrapers, bots, or extraction tools to harvest match data or API endpoints.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or operation of our servers and infrastructure.
  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass subscription entitlement verification systems.

7. Football Data & Availability Disclaimer

Match schedules, kickoff times, live scores, lineups, player statistics, and competition standings are provided for entertainment and informational purposes. While we strive to provide the most accurate and real-time data possible, we do not warrant that all data will be uninterrupted, error-free, or instantaneously updated at all times.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, team crests, and league names appearing within the App are the property of their respective trademark holders. Their use within Nova Soccer Pro is strictly for descriptive and nominative informational purposes to identify football matches and clubs.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
